Returns & Refunds Policy

Cabou is a brand of MVS Ltd, based in Guernsey. We take pride in creating high-quality, handmade products and carefully sourcing additional items for our collections. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging and tags are intact

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Handmade items that have been used or customised

  • Personalised or made-to-order products

  • Items returned in a condition that is not resalable

We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

  • Clear photos of the item

We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the situation.

4. How to Return an Item

To request a return:

  1. Email us at info@cabou.gg with your order details

  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions

  3. Send the item back to the address provided

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty)

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please:

  1. Return your original item

  2. Place a new order

7. Wholesale & Future Product Lines

As Cabou grows, we may offer a mix of:

  • Handmade items

  • In-house designed products

  • Carefully selected wholesale goods

Return eligibility may vary slightly depending on the product type, but this policy will apply unless otherwise stated on the product page.
